2020 so far – Silson Contemporary

2020 so far – I am so very pleased to have work at Silson Contemporary in Harrogate, for their current show.  This is such a lovely gallery space and I am hung along with some very accomplished artists. If you are out that way I do hope you can get to see the show, well worth a visit.  The work has been based on my frequent visits to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Silson Contemporary

I am thrilled to announce that I have been selected for the Chaiya Art Awards (again, I was a finalist in 2018) my painting ‘’in the silence’ is to be hung at the OXO Gallery, South Bank London, for the award show in April from the 10th – 19th I hope you can make it.  Last time it was a great exhibition I am confident it will be this time too. Fingers crossed I am in the awards this time

2020 so far – Artwave West

I am beavering away at getting work ready for Artwave West, Bridport, Dorset.  my work is to be part of an exhibition to be held from 2nd May until the 30th  For this I’m working on a new series of works that is inspired by the light reflections and its dancing on the sea.  They are not sea paintings as such but based on my observations of the sea, whilst on an artist’s residency on Cape Cornwall in December 2019 Artwave West
